Shift Manager Job
Salary: £13.50–£14.00 per hour
Contract Type: Permanent, Full-Time
Hours: 40 hours per week (flexibility required – mornings, evenings, and weekends)

Key Responsibilities
- Take charge of daily operations and lead shifts to ensure smooth, efficient service
- Supervise and motivate team members to deliver excellent customer experiences
- Support the Store Manager in maintaining brand, hygiene, and safety standards
- Handle cashing up, stock control, and opening/closing duties
- Train, coach, and develop team members to reach their full potential
- Maintain a positive, proactive atmosphere on every shift
- Ensure compliance with food safety and health & safety regulations
- Act as the first point of contact when the Store Manager is not on site
Requirements
- Previous experience in a fast-food or quick-service restaurant (QSR) is essential
- Experience as a Shift Leader, Supervisor, or Assistant Manager preferred
- Confident leadership and strong communication skills
- Reliable, hands-on, and able to work mornings, evenings, and weekends
- Ability to manage a team effectively during busy trading periods
- Based within a commutable distance of Milton Keynes
