Hours: 07:00 – 17:00
Location: Towcester, Northamptonshire
Contract Type: Temporary
Duration: Immediate start – Mid February 2026, with the possibility of an ongoing temporary contract
Pay Rate: £13 per hour (approx. £130 per day)
About the Role:
We’re looking for an experienced Barista to join a Formula One team in Towcester. Working independently but part of a friendly team, you’ll prepare and serve high-quality hot and cold beverages.
This is an exciting opportunity to work in a professional, fast-paced environment where quality, consistency, and customer experience are key, all within a world-class sport environment.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience as a Barista or similar role in a café or hospitality environment
- Strong eye for detail and passion for great coffee
- Excellent customer-service and communication skills
- Available to work from now through to mid-February
