Head Chef – Boutique Hotel with Free Accommodation
Location: South West England
Salary: £43,000 – £47,000 per annum + up to £2,000 seasonal bonus
Accommodation: Free on-site accommodation provided (private flat)

This independent boutique hotel offers an exciting opportunity to take full ownership of a kitchen operation spanning breakfast, café-style lunches, and fine dining dinners.
You’ll have the freedom to create seasonal menus, use quality local produce, and lead a talented brigade in a supportive environment where your ideas are valued.

The Role

Oversee daily kitchen operations, stock, rotas, and GP (target 68–71%)

Lead and mentor a brigade of 5

Deliver consistent quality across breakfast (45 covers), bistro-style lunch (0–100 covers), and fine dining dinners (45 covers)

Maintain exceptional food standards while encouraging creativity and innovation
About You

Experienced Head Chef or ambitious Senior Sous ready to step up

Proven background in fresh food environments (hotel, restaurant, or gastro pub)

Confident in managing costs, rotas, and supplier relationships

Passionate about seasonal ingredients and inspiring your team
