Location: Chester
Salary: £30,000 per annum + Tronc Tips
Hours: 45 hours per week
Days: Closed Mondays | Typical shifts 10am–8pm or 11am–9pm (Tuesday–Saturday), Sundays 9/10am–7/8pm

Key Responsibilities
● Prepare and cook dishes to the highest standard using fresh, seasonal ingredients
● Work closely with the Head Chef and Sous Chef to deliver consistent quality
● Maintain high standards of food hygiene and safety at all times
● Support the smooth running of the kitchen during busy service periods
● Contribute ideas and creativity to menu development
Requirements
● Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or strong Commis ready to step up
● Passion for fresh, quality food and attention to detail
● Team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
● Ability to thrive in a busy kitchen environment
● Reliability and willingness to learn and progress
