This independent boutique hotel offers a fantastic opportunity to work with fresh, local ingredients in a varied role that spans breakfast, café-style lunches, and fine dining dinners. The Role

Support the Head Chef in running day-to-day kitchen operations

Lead service and manage the team in the Head Chef’s absence

Assist with stock control, ordering, and achieving 68–71% GP

Input into seasonal menu design and supplier management

Deliver consistent, high-quality dishes across breakfast, lunch, and dinner
About You

Experienced Sous Chef or Senior CDP from a fresh food background

Confident leading shifts and motivating a small team

Knowledgeable in GP, cost control, and menu planning

Passionate about local ingredients and creative cooking

Calm, reliable, and ready to take the next step in your career
