Location: Coastal West Wales (Boutique Hotel & Restaurant – live-in available)
Salary: £29,000 – £31,000 per annum
Contract Type: Permanent
Hours: 45 hours per week (full time)

We’re recruiting on behalf of a beautifully presented boutique hotel and restaurant set along the coast, known for its fresh, locally sourced ingredients and warm, welcoming atmosphere. The kitchen team focuses on quality, flavour, and presentation, serving classic dishes with a creative, modern touch. You’ll be joining a talented brigade of 4 chefs in an environment that values passion, teamwork, and development.

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare, cook, and present dishes to a consistent, high standard
- Work with fresh, seasonal produce and assist in menu preparation
- Support senior chefs in day-to-day kitchen operations
- Maintain food hygiene, safety, and cleanliness at all times
- Manage your section efficiently and assist with stock rotation and prep
- Contribute positively to a small, collaborative kitchen team
Requirements
- Experience as a Chef de Partie
- Passion for fresh food and a desire to learn and progress
- Strong teamwork, communication, and organisational skills
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a small brigade
- A positive attitude and pride in delivering great food consistently
- Driving licence beneficial but not essential (live-in available)
