We’re working with a welcoming and well-established 4-star hotel in Wiltshire that’s seeking a proactive Sales Manager to drive local corporate, event, and group business.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain strong relationships with local corporate and event clients

Proactively identify and convert new business opportunities

Promote the hotel’s meeting and event spaces through networking and outreach

Manage incoming enquiries and follow up to maximise conversion rates

Work closely with the General Manager and Events team to achieve revenue targets

Represent the hotel at trade shows, networking events, and client visits
About You

Previous experience in hotel sales, events, or business development

Confident communicator with excellent relationship-building skills

Strong organisational and time management abilities

Motivated by achieving targets and delivering great results

Professional, approachable, and proactive in your approach to client engagement

Ideally familiar with CRM systems and hotel booking platforms
