Pay Rate: £16.00 per hour plus holiday pay

Start Date: Immediate shifts available through to September 2026

Hours: 08:00 – 16:00

Chef de Partie – Temporary Agency Role

KSB Recruitment is currently recruiting for an experienced Chef de Partie to support a busy catering operation in Gainsborough, Lincolnshire.

This temporary agency role is ideal for a confident and reliable chef who is comfortable working independently and managing kitchen service during busy periods throughout the summer months.

Key Responsibilities:
• Running and managing kitchen service during shifts

• Preparing and cooking fresh meals to a high standard

• Supporting smooth breakfast and lunch service operations

• Maintaining high food hygiene and health & safety standards at all times

• Working independently whilst communicating effectively with the wider team

Requirements:
• Previous experience working as a Chef de Partie or in a similar kitchen role

• Confident working independently within a busy kitchen environment

• Food Hygiene Level 2 

• Strong organisation and time management skills

• Ability to work well under pressure

• Due to the location and shift times, reliable transport is required
