Hours: Shift patterns available

• 05:00 – 14:00

• 12:00 – 21:00

About Us:

KSB Recruitment is seeking a Site Manager in the Brandon, Suffolk area. You will lead site operations across multiple dining facilities, ensuring high standards of service, staff performance, and full operational compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations of designated dining facilities 

• Direct and manage Contractor staff performance on site

• Ensure quality assurance standards are maintained across all services

• Provide on-site supervision Monday–Friday during operating hours (0700–2000)

• Remain available by phone outside operating hours to address staff or operational issues

• Ensure effective communication between Contractor personnel and management

Requirements:

• Previous experience in catering, hospitality, or facilities management in a supervisory role

• Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage and direct staff

• Experience in maintaining quality assurance and operational standards

• Good communication skills, with the ability to liaise with staff and management at all levels

• Ability to take full responsibility for day-to-day site operations

• Flexible approach to working hours, including availability during operational hours (0700–2000, Monday–Friday) and by phone outside these times

• Strong organisational and problem-solving skills

• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities

• Knowledge of food safety, hygiene standards, and compliance requirements (Food Hygiene Level 2 or higher desirable)

• DBS check required (or willingness to obtain if not already held)
