Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and oversee high-quality meals across all hotel dining areas, including the restaurant, bar, room service, and events.

Support existing menu concepts and maintain consistency with the hotel’s brand and standards.

Work with other departments to ensure smooth kitchen operations and excellent guest service.

Enforce strict food safety, hygiene, and quality control standards.

Handle special guest requests and ensure a personalized dining experience.
Requirements:
The successful candidate will possess:
- Proven experience as a sous chef
- A passion for delivering exceptional food
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work under pressure.
- A commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness
- Have a very broad understanding and knowledge of the dietary requirements
