This private establishment, boasting a close-knit team of 11-30 employees, is searching for someone with a strong background in pub or bar management to drive their operations forward.
About the Role
As the Bar & Restaurant Manager, you will be at the forefront of creating an inviting and vibrant atmosphere for patrons. You will oversee the day-to-day operations of the bar and restaurant, ensuring the highest standards in service, quality, and cleanliness. Your leadership will inspire your team, foster a collaborative work environment, and refine the overall guest experience.
Your Responsibilities Will Include:
- Managing daily operations of the bar and restaurant, ensuring smooth service delivery.
- Leading, training, and mentoring staff to deliver excellent customer service.
- Collaborating with kitchen staff to ensure a seamless dining experience.
- Overseeing stock control, ordering, and inventory management.
- Implementing and maintaining health and safety regulations.
- Creating and executing promotional strategies to enhance business performance.
- Building rapport with guests to cultivate loyalty and positive relationships.
Ideal Candidate Profile
The successful candidate will possess the following:
- Proven experience as a Pub Manager or in a similar bar/restaurant management role.
- Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations, including bar management.
- Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- A passion for the hospitality industry and a commitment to providing outstanding customer service.
