Assistant Restaurant Manager Job
Location: Leicestershire, East Midlands
Salary: From £28,000 to £29,000
Contract Type: Fixed Term until November
Hours: 40 hours per week with shift patterns of either 08:30 to 16:30 or 13:30 to 23:00.

About the Role

As the Trainee Restaurant Manager, you will be crucial in managing both front-of-house and kitchen operations, fostering a culture of exceptional service and teamwork.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and train front-of-house staff to deliver outstanding customer service.
- Assist in recruitment and develop training programmes for new employees.
- Manage budgeting and stock control while ensuring profit maximisation.
- Work closely with the Head Chef and the team to ensure smooth daily operations.
Requirements:
The ideal candidate will have:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in a management role within a fast-paced restaurant environment.
- A proven track record in delivering exceptional service.
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage and train a diverse team.
