Key Responsibilities:

Plan and prepare nutritious, well-balanced meals that meet residents dietary needs and preferences.

Maintain high standards of food hygiene, safety, and cleanliness in the kitchen at all times.

Manage kitchen inventory and ordering, ensuring food supplies are fresh and within budget.

Work closely with care staff to accommodate special diets, allergies, and individual nutritional requirements.

Create a welcoming dining experience that supports residents health, wellbeing, and enjoyment of mealtimes.
Requirements:
The successful candidate will possess:
- Proven experience as a care home chef
- A passion for delivering exceptional food
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work under pressure.
- A commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness
- Have a very broad understanding and knowledge of the dietary requirements
