Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist late-arriving guests, manage check-ins/outs, and handle inquiries and complaints professionally.
- Operate the front desk during night hours, manage reservations, and complete end-of-day reporting tasks.
- Conduct regular security patrols, monitor CCTV, and act as the main contact for emergencies.
- Keep reception, lobby, and public spaces clean and presentable; assist with setting up areas for the next day.
- Coordinate with other departments and support colleagues to ensure smooth overnight operations
Requirements:
The successful candidate will possess:
- Proven experience as a night porter
- A passion for delivering exceptional customer service
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work under pressure.
