We are seeking a professional, calm, and highly organised Night Manager to join the team at a prestigious 4-star hotel. This is a key leadership role responsible for ensuring the smooth and secure running of the hotel overnight, delivering an exceptional guest experience even during late hours.
About the Role
As Night Manager, you will be the senior representative on duty during the night shift, overseeing hotel operations, supporting guests, and ensuring all departments are prepared for the following day. You will play a vital role in maintaining safety, service standards, and operational accuracy throughout the night.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all hotel operations during night hours
- Ensure the safety and security of guests, staff, and property
- Handle guest enquiries, complaints, and late check-ins/check-outs
- Complete night audit procedures and financial reporting
- Monitor front desk activity and support night reception staff
- Conduct regular security and safety checks of the premises
- Liaise with housekeeping and maintenance teams for early shift preparation
- Ensure compliance with hotel policies and procedures
About You
- Previous experience in a hotel front office or supervisory role (essential)
- Strong leadership and decision-making skills
- Excellent customer service and communication abilities
- Calm under pressure and able to handle emergencies professionally
- Competent with hotel management systems and basic financial reporting
- Flexible, reliable, and willing to work night shifts, weekends, and holidays
