📍 Alcester
💷 Up to £35,000 DOE (£14.50/hr + £2.50/hr tronc + bonus)
⏱ 40 hours per week + paid overtime
Are you a passionate Chef de Partie looking to work with fresh, high-quality ingredients in a supportive and friendly kitchen? This is a fantastic opportunity to join a recently refurbished independent pub/restaurant in Alcester, where creativity and career progression are genuinely encouraged.
👨🍳 What You’ll Be Doing:
- Preparing and cooking high-quality fresh dishes for up to 100 covers per day
- Supporting the Head Chef, Sous Chef, and Senior CDP
- Contributing ideas for seasonal menus and daily specials
- Maintaining excellent food hygiene and safety standards
- Playing an active role in a positive, team-focused kitchen

- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a fresh-food kitchen (pub, restaurant, or hotel)
- A true passion for cooking and working with fresh ingredients

- Flexibility to work weekends
- Driving licence required
