Permanent Position: FT, 40hrs must be willing to work weekends.

The Role

As Head Chef, you will take full responsibility for the day-to-day running of the kitchen, ensuring high standards of food quality, presentation and consistency.

You will lead and develop the kitchen team whilst maintaining food safety, stock control and labour management.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Previous experience as a Head Chef or strong Sous Chef ready to step up
• Fresh food background
• Strong leadership and organisational skills
• Good understanding of GP management and stock control
• Passion for delivering quality food and developing teams
• A positive, hands-on approach
