Key Responsibilities:
- Significant experience as a Head Chef in a restaurant environment.
- A proven ability to lead and inspire a team in a fast-paced kitchen.
- Strong knowledge of kitchen management, including inventory control, food safety regulations, and cost management.
- A creative approach to menu design that reflects current trends and customer preferences.
- Exceptional organizational and communication skills.
