About the Role:
As the Executive Head Chef, you’ll oversee a talented team of up to 50 chefs, working closely with the Head and Sous Chefs to deliver outstanding quality across multiple dining outlets. You’ll ensure the kitchens operate to the highest standards of consistency, safety, and creativity while fostering a culture of excellence, teamwork, and development.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and inspire a large kitchen team to deliver high-quality food across multiple outlets
- Maintain 5* Health & Safety and EHO standards across all operations
- Manage stock control, budgets, and forecasting against occupancy levels
- Develop menus and concepts in line with brand standards and seasonal trends
- Recruit, train, and nurture chefs at all levels to build a motivated, high-performing team
- Ensure consistent delivery of excellent food and service throughout the venue
- Work collaboratively with senior management to drive guest satisfaction and profitability
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Executive Chef or Head Chef in a large, multi-outlet hotel or resort
- Strong understanding of branded operations and consistent delivery standards
- Excellent leadership, organisation, and communication skills
- Financial acumen, with experience managing budgets and controlling costs
- Passion for great food, guest satisfaction, and team development
- Flexible, hands-on, and proactive approach to leadership
