Location: Oxfordshire / Cotswolds (Luxury Hotel & Resort – transport available from local areas)
Salary: £14.31 per hour + paid overtime

Hours: Minimum 40 hours per week (full time, overtime available)

We’re recruiting on behalf of a luxury hotel and resort nestled in the Oxfordshire / Cotswolds region. The property features multiple restaurants, leisure and spa facilities, and large event spaces – serving high guest volumes while maintaining exceptional quality and consistency. You’ll be joining a motivated, friendly kitchen brigade with fantastic opportunities for professional growth and long-term development.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation and cooking of dishes across various sections
- Maintain food quality, hygiene, and safety standards at all times
- Support senior chefs with prep, organisation, and service
- Ensure work areas are kept clean, tidy, and fully stocked
- Contribute to a positive team atmosphere and smooth kitchen operations
- Work flexibly across shifts as required within a busy, high-volume environment
Requirements
- At least 2 years’ experience working in a professional kitchen
- A strong interest in developing your culinary skills within a quality hospitality setting
- Basic understanding of food hygiene and safety standards
- Team player with good communication skills and a positive attitude
- Passionate about food and eager to learn
- Ability to drive or access to transport (location not on a main public transport route)
