Location: Isle of Scilly
Salary: £2,400 – £2,750 per month (DOE) + Paid Overtime
Contract: Fixed-Term, Full-Time (Until the end of October)

Role

Join an award-winning 2 Rosette restaurant in the stunning Isle of Scilly, working with some of the finest local seafood and seasonal produce the UK has to offer.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Chef de Partie to develop their skills in a quality-driven kitchen while enjoying a unique island lifestyle and an outstanding work-life balance.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook high-quality dishes to 2 Rosette standards.

• Work across different kitchen sections as required.

• Assist with the preparation of fresh local seafood and seasonal ingredients.

• Maintain excellent food presentation and consistency.

• Ensure food safety, hygiene and health & safety standards are met.

• Support senior chefs during service and assist with stock rotation and waste control.

• Maintain a clean, organised and efficient workstation.

• Contribute ideas for seasonal menus and daily specials.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Chef de Partie in a professional kitchen.

• Passion for cooking with fresh, seasonal ingredients and quality seafood.

• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

• Good understanding of food safety and hygiene standards.

• Positive attitude and ability to work well within a close-knit team.

• Experience in a Rosette or fine dining kitchen is advantageous but not essential.

• Food Hygiene Certificate is desirable.

Rewards

• £2,400 – £2,750 per month, depending on experience.
