Location: Pembrokeshire, Coastal West Wales
Salary: Up to £35,000 per annum (DOE)
Contract: Permanent, Full-Time (45–48 hours per week)

Role
Join a highly regarded independent boutique hotel on the stunning Pembrokeshire coast, where you’ll work with fresh, seasonal and locally sourced ingredients in a supportive, close-knit kitchen.
This is an excellent opportunity for a Chef de Partie, or a strong Demi Chef de Partie ready to step up, to develop their skills, contribute to menu ideas and enjoy a fantastic coastal lifestyle away from the pressures of a large corporate kitchen.
Responsibilities

Run your section efficiently during service.

Prepare, cook and present high-quality dishes.

Work with fresh, seasonal and locally sourced produce.

Support the Head Chef and Sous Chef with menu development and daily service.

Maintain high standards of food safety, hygiene and kitchen organisation.

Work collaboratively as part of a professional, close-knit brigade.
Requirements

Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or strong Demi Chef de Partie ready to progress.

Passion for fresh food and quality ingredients.

Calm, reliable and able to perform well in a busy kitchen.

Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and develop.

Full UK driving licence due to the rural location (live-in accommodation available).

Flexible to work evenings, weekends and busy service periods.
