Chef De Partie Job
Location: Oakham, Leicestershire, UK
Pay Rate: £16.32 per hour
Contract Type: Temporary (potentially for the next 6 months)
Hours: 8 hours per day – early and late shifts
Start Date: ASAP

Are you an experienced Chef de Partie with a passion for contract catering? KSB Recruitment is delighted to be working on an exciting opportunity where you’ll play a key role within a respected kitchen team at a well-established site in Leicestershire.
Key Responsibilities:

Deliver high-quality dishes in line with set menus and standards

Monitor and manage stock, ensuring food safety and compliance at all times

Support and guide junior team members, fostering a collaborative and efficient workplace

Assist the Head Chef in maintaining exceptional cleanliness and hygiene across the kitchen

Contribute to smooth, efficient service in a busy and secure environment
Requirements:

Proven experience as a Chef de Partie, ideally within contract catering

Strong understanding of food safety and hygiene standards

Ability to stay focused and organised under pressure

Excellent teamwork and communication skills

Genuine enthusiasm for cooking and delivering great food
