Key Responsibilities:

Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen, including washing dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment.

Assist with basic food preparation under the guidance of chefs when required.

Ensure all kitchen areas are sanitised and comply with health and safety regulations.

Unload and store deliveries properly, ensuring stock is rotated and stored safely .

Support the kitchen team by keeping workstations clean, organised, and well-stocked.
Requirements:
The successful candidate will possess:

Proven experience as a kitchen porter in a fast paced environment.
