Key Responsibilities:

Manage multiple sections of the kitchen (e.g., grill, pastry, or sauce) and ensure it runs efficiently during service.

Prepare and cook dishes to a high standard, following the hotel’s recipes and presentation guidelines.

Kitchen Operations Management – Coordinate daily kitchen activities to maintain smooth, timely, and efficient service during all meal periods.

Health & Safety Compliance – Ensure full compliance with food safety regulations, hygiene practices, and health protocols. .

Stock & Cost Management – Monitor inventory levels, control food costs, and ensure efficient ordering and storage of ingredients.

Team Leadership & Training – Manage, train, and motivate kitchen staff to ensure a high-performing and cohesive team.
Requirements:
The successful candidate will possess:
