Key Responsibilities:

Lead and inspire the kitchen team to deliver consistently high-quality food.

Design and implement seasonal menus that appeal to both members and guests.

Ensure all health, safety, and hygiene standards are met and maintained.

Work closely with suppliers to source top-quality ingredients.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Head Chef, ideally within a golf club or similar premium venue.

Strong culinary creativity and attention to detail.

Confident team leader with excellent communication skills.

Ability to manage various kitchen operations, from daily service to event catering.
