Salary: £31,000 per annum (Pro Rata)
Contract Type: Part-Time, Permanent
Hours: Approx. 35 hours per week in summer, 25 hours per week in winter

Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Head Chef with daily food preparation and service
- Cook home-style, freshly made meals to a high standard
- Help manage up to 110 covers on society days and 24–36 covers for member matches
- Contribute to seasonal menu development and adapt to customer needs
- Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient kitchen environment
Requirements:
- Level 2 Catering Qualification (Level 3 preferred)
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Strong communication skills and a team-player attitude
- A passion for fresh food and quality service
- Flexibility to work varying hours seasonally
