Job Role: Temporary Experienced Bar Staff
Location: Aldeburgh, Suffolk
£13.00 per hour
KSB Recruitment are currently looking for experienced Temporary Bar Staff to support a busy and growing pub operation in Aldeburgh.
This is a temporary role with immediate starts available and flexible ongoing shifts throughout the week. Due to increased trade and the busy summer season, our client requires additional support behind the bar.
Please note: this is a temporary position employed and paid directly through KSB Recruitment on a PAYE basis.
Shifts Available:
• Tuesday & Wednesday – Day and Evening Shifts
• Friday & Saturday – Evening Shifts
• Sunday – Afternoon Shift
Typical Hours:
• Day shifts: 11:30am – 5:00pm
• Evening shifts: 5:00pm – close
• Weekend closing times can range between 11:00pm – 1:00am depending on trade levels.
The Role:
• Serving drinks and providing excellent customer service
• Managing the bar and till operation
• Opening and closing the venue independently (selected shifts)
• Changing barrels and maintaining bar stock
• Working efficiently during busy trading periods
• Supporting the wider team during peak service
What We’re Looking For:
• Previous bar experience is essential
• Confident working independently on quieter shifts
• Experience opening and closing venues preferred
• Comfortable changing barrels
• Reliable, flexible and personable
• Strong customer service skills and a good work ethic
