Hours: Approximately 35–40 hours per week (Tuesday–Sunday, closed Mondays)

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily bar operations and ensure smooth, efficient service.

Prepare and serve drinks to high standards, including cocktails and draught beers.

Supervise and support bar staff, providing on-the-job training and clear direction.

Maintain a clean, organised bar and ensure compliance with hygiene and licensing standards.

Manage stock levels and support with ordering and deliveries.

Deliver excellent customer service and resolve issues calmly and professionally.

Open and close the venue, including handling cash, cashing up tills, and locking up securely.

Change kegs/barrels and carry out regular line cleaning to ensure top-quality beer service.
Requirements:

Prior experience as a Bar Supervisor, Senior Bartender, or similar role in a pub, bar, or restaurant.

Strong communication and leadership skills, with a hands-on approach.

Confidence with cashing up procedures and till management.

Practical knowledge of cellar tasks, including changing barrels and line cleaning.

Ability to multitask, stay calm under pressure, and keep the team focused during busy periods.

Flexible availability for evenings and weekends (Tuesday–Sunday schedule).
