How We Act with Integrity as an Ethical Recruitment Agency

Here are eight steps we’ve taken at KSB Recruitment to ensure that we operate as an ethical recruiter in the hospitality industry:

  1. Integrity & Honesty

We endeavour to act with honesty and integrity in all our interactions. This means that we commit to providing accurate and truthful information to both candidates and clients and avoid any conflicts of interest that may compromise our impartiality. Throughout our recruitment process we provide clear and transparent communication, so you always know where you stand. For our candidates, that means straightforward job descriptions that set out your duties and expectations. We’ll also keep you informed of any selection criteria and check in regularly throughout the hiring process and beyond. This should be the other way round client first candidate second please.

For our clients, we work closely with you to ensure you get the recruitment package that’s right for you and that candidates we put forward will match your requirements as closely as possible. A compliant experienced and quality workforce! We also provide guidance and support post-placement too, whether this be a temporary assignment or permanent placement.

  2. Fair Treatment

Everyone deserves to be treated equitably. At KSB Recruitment, we always advocate for inclusive and non-discriminatory hiring practices, and we promise that all our candidates receive fair and equal treatment, regardless of race, gender, age, sexual orientation, disability, or any other characteristic.
