We contacted KSB with very short notice that we needed a chef for a private dinner catering for 100 guests. From the very first minute of being on the phone to KSB I was rest assured that KSB were able to help. Within moments a Chef had been sourced and was on his way from Lincolnshire (we are based in the Midlands). Then my worry was that the Chef may not be as good as what we have been told, however, this was not the case, Spider (The Chef) settled straight in. As soon as he arrived we both sat down and went through the menu. Within half an hour the ordering of stock was complete, kitchen was organised. It went like a dream. The feedback from guests the next day were all good news. The food that was cooked and served was a high standard. We would highly recommend and will be using KSB in the future if needed.
