KSB recruitment have provided specialist recruitment support for two businesses I have operated in over the past few years. Their support has been invaluable and has been very much appreciated. Let’s face it, the last few years have been pretty challenging, and no more so than in the hospitality sector.
Whilst employed as Head of Resourcing for Butlin’s, KSB supported the business with high volume recruitment needs as the business re-opened the resorts following the covid pandemic, and sought ways in which to recover and return to optimum levels of productivity.
Following my move to Head of Food and Beverage Operations at Dobbies Garden Centres, KSB have supported the business with recruitment of kitchen managers and team, and this was most appreciated and important, when providing prompt, flexible and efficient support for the opening of our amazing new store in Tewkesbury in November 2022.
It is my experience that the team at KSB understand the market place, work to understand the needs of the customer, are attentive, prompt, professional and efficient in providing flexible options to meet the customer needs.
