We are The Manor & Ashbury Resorts, situated in Devon. Historically, we have always been hesitant to use recruitment agencies, but the staffing issues within the industry which followed the ‘double-trouble’ of firstly, Brexit, and then, the pandemic, made us reconsider. Staffing became more difficult earlier in 2023, so we asked KSB for their help. They were able to send us resource, sometimes within a ma er of days, which was of great benefit to us (enabling us to continue to offer our Resort guests the service they have become accustomed to).
Both Jon and Connor are always available for a call, and are always willing to help. At this time, where recruitment (and retention) within the Hospitality industry has become so difficult, this is a valuable service to have at-hand when required.
