I just wanted to say a big thank you to Callum. Callum has been amazing, not only at his job but his personality too. From the very first phone call that we had on Wednesday, I could tell that he really cares about the people that he is helping to find a job. I have previously been receiving phone calls from other recruitment companies, however they didn’t get back in touch, or bothered to ask me my postcode to see how far a location would be from me, whereas Callum did. Callum has been very attentive in making sure that I was informed, every step of the way. He even liaised with the client allowing for a position of a Pastry Commis Chef to be made just for me, which I will never forget and will always be thankful for. Callum always goes the extra mile, making me feel at ease – even being able to call him after my trial shift which was 10 o’clock at night.
