Pay Rate: £18.36 per hour
Contract type: Temporary
Hours: 8 hours per day (mainly weekends)

We’re working with a well-regarded client located in Lincolnshire, East Midlands, who is currently looking for a skilled Contract Sous Chef to support their kitchen team. This role offers a great opportunity to demonstrate your culinary expertise in a fast-paced and rewarding setting.
Key Responsibilities:

Support the Head Chef in the smooth running of kitchen operations

Prepare and cook high-quality dishes in line with the menu specifications

Maintain the highest standards of food safety and hygiene

Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to promote a positive and efficient working environment

Contribute to menu development and innovation when required
Requirements:
The ideal candidate will have:

Proven experience as a Sous Chef, preferably within a contract catering environment.

Strong leadership skills and the ability to work well under pressure.

A creative approach to culinary techniques and presentation.
