part of the Ministry of Defence’s Employer Recognition Scheme (ERS).
This is a prestigious achievement that highlights our ongoing commitment to supporting the Armed

What Is the Employer Recognition Scheme?
The Employer Recognition Scheme is run by the Ministry of Defence. It recognises employers who go above and beyond in their support for the Armed Forces. The scheme includes three levels of awards: Bronze, Silver, and Gold.
Being awarded Silver means we have demonstrated that we are a forces-friendly employer and that
we actively support those with a military background.
