Salary: £32,000 – £37,000 per annum DOE + KPI-based bonus

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Store Manager to lead a high-volume restaurant in Milton Keynes Shopping Centre. This role is perfect for a hands-on manager who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can motivate a large team to deliver outstanding customer service and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage daily restaurant operations

Motivate and inspire a team of 32–40 staff (mix of full-time and part-time)

Ensure smooth service delivery during peak times

Recruit, train, and develop team members

Maintain high standards of cleanliness, food safety, and H&S compliance

Manage stock and ordering to avoid shortages

Deliver excellent guest experiences while working towards KPIs and profitability targets
Requirements
-
1–3 years’ management experience in hospitality or fast-food
-
Assistant Managers from fast-food brands encouraged to apply

Strong leadership, organisation, and communication skills
-
Commercial awareness with ability to run a “tight ship”

Local to Milton Keynes

Advantageous but not essential: familiarity with Indian street food
