Are you a reliable, organised chef who thrives behind the scenes? We’re hiring on behalf of a thriving dark kitchen in Southwater (just outside Horsham), serving up fresh, authentic Greek food to a loyal online following via Deliveroo, Uber Eats, and Just Eat.
The Setup:
Forget the chaos of a front-of-house – this is a purpose-built delivery kitchen, designed for efficiency and high-volume output. Think gyros, halloumi fries, and imported Greek pita – all fresh, never frozen, and prepped in a fully equipped commercial kitchen with walk-in fridge/freezer and powerful fryers.
What You’ll Be Doing:

Running daily service from prep to close

Managing online orders in bursts (with pause function if needed)

Following clear recipe guides with photos

Ensuring every dish meets high presentation and accuracy standards
