Our Sylvie Veglio Shortlisted for Prestigious Care Catering Hero Award

We’re absolutely thrilled to announce that our very own Sylvie Veglio has been shortlisted for the prestigious Care Catering Hero Award 2025, sponsored by Miele at the National Association of Care Catering (NACC) Annual Awards.

Celebrating Excellence in Care Catering

The NACC has revealed the finalists for their annual awards ceremony, which will take place during the Training & Development Forum this October. These awards recognise and celebrate teams and individuals who demonstrate excellence, innovation, dedication, and outstanding contributions throughout the care catering sector.

Why Sylvie’s Recognition Matters

Sylvie’s nomination places her amongst an exceptional group of finalists, representing the very best in care catering across the UK. This includes dedicated professionals from care homes, meals on wheels services, lunch clubs, and sector suppliers. All finalists have been recognised for delivering exceptional service day in, day out to those they serve.

Already a Winner

Neel Radia, Chair of the NACC, emphasised the significance of reaching this stage: “Those that have made this year’s shortlist should know that they have already achieved something special and that they have made a difference to those they serve.”

We couldn’t agree more – being shortlisted amongst such calibre is an achievement in itself.

The Big Night

The overall winners will be announced at a special gala dinner on Thursday, 2nd October 2025, as part of the NACC Training & Development Forum at the East Midlands Conference Centre in Nottingham. It promises to be a fantastic evening celebrating the unsung heroes of care catering.

Our Pride in Sylvie

At KSB Recruitment, we couldn’t be more chuffed with Sylvie’s recognition. This nomination is a testament to her unwavering dedication and the positive impact she continues to make in the care catering sector every single day.

Her commitment to providing excellent care through quality catering services exemplifies the values we hold dear and demonstrates the calibre of professionals we’re proud to work with.

Fingers Crossed!

Congratulations, Sylvie – we’re all rooting for you and will be cheering you on come October. Whatever the outcome, you’ve already made us incredibly proud, and this recognition is thoroughly well-deserved.

Here’s to celebrating the everyday heroes who make such a vital difference in our care communities!
