Proof of right to work and identity is seen, documented, and verified with official confirmation when applicable.
Modern Slavery and Human Trafficking Checks
We are committed to ethical recruitment and conduct detailed checks to combat human trafficking and modern slavery.
Verified References
We obtain and verify references from at least two previous employers to confirm candidate credibility.
Enhanced Criminal Records Checks (DBS)
We conduct standard or enhanced DBS checks where applicable, ensuring peace of mind for our clients.
Medical Assessments
All candidates complete a medical assessment questionnaire, with results reviewed and acted upon as needed.
Training and Certification
We provide essential training, including:

Our Commitment
to Worker Welfare
- All our temporary workers are employed via PAYE, meaning their National Insurance contributions, pension (opt-in), and holiday pay are handled directly by us.
- Every worker receives a comprehensive health & safety and assignment briefing before starting their role.

During assignments, we stay in constant communication:

A final check ensures satisfaction for both the client and worker. If the assignment ends, we conduct a thorough customer service review to confirm you’re delighted with the quality of staff and service provided.
