A recruitment professional with over 30 years experience of running own successful recruitment business. KSB Recruitment Consultants specialise in working with companies and candidates within the hospitality and catering industry.

Jon has been with KSB since 2001, bringing 25 years in recruitment. A former Chef and HGV driver, he provides years of expertise and industry knowledge.

Ellie has been a key part of the KSB Recruitment team since 2018, she oversees office operations and plays a vital role in supporting the overall success of the business.

Nicola joined KSB in 2024 with a degree in Advertising and 10+ years of marketing experience across various sectors and industries. Outside of work, she enjoys event planning and spending time with her family.

Tracey joined KSB in 2020, bringing 17+ years of recruitment experience. Previously, she worked in customer service, police admin, and at Michael Page Finance.

Callum has a strong background in building relationships and delivering results, Callum is passionate about supporting businesses in the hospitality and catering industry.

Rachel joined KSB in 2024 with 10 years of experience from Inspired. She once lived in Philadelphia and loves Cornwall’s beaches, country music gigs, and festivals.

Codie joined KSB in 2024, transitioning from a role at Kew Green Hotels. She’s studying Events Management, worked as a movie costume designer, and enjoys family time and shopping.

Sian joined KSB with 12 years of experience in client and candidate-facing roles across various sectors. Outside of work, she enjoys gardening, going on walks with her Staffy, Lloyd, and spending time with her partner and son.

Melissa joined KSB with five years of recruitment experience. Having worked both front and back of house in hospitality, they bring practical insight that helps them connect with candidates and clients and understand their needs at a deeper level.

Connor, with a hospitality background, joined KSB in 2022. His experience as an assistant sales manager drives his success. Outside work, he enjoys fatherhood and socialisng with friends.

Carmen joined KSB in 2021, marking her first role in recruitment after 10 years in hospitality and admin for her family business. She holds a Business Management degree and loves traveling, shopping, and socialising.

Kiera joined KSB in 2024, bringing nearly four years of healthcare recruitment experience. She is studying Forensic & Criminal Investigation and enjoys watching football, especially supporting Birmingham City FC.
