Key Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality support to teaching and administrative staff as required.

• Supervise students in and outside the classroom, maintaining a safe and respectful learning environment.

• Assist with lesson preparation, classroom management, and learning resources.

• Support students with individual learning needs, promoting engagement and confidence.

• Contribute to a positive school culture by modelling respectful behaviour and high expectations.

• Uphold safeguarding practices and contribute to student wellbeing at all times.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a school or educational setting is desirable but not essential.

• An enhanced DBS check is mandatory (must be valid and up to date).

• Strong communication skills, patience, and a genuine interest in working with young people.

• Ability to work well under pressure and follow direction in a dynamic environment.

• Must be local to the Droitwich Spa area – no accommodation is provided with this role.

• Flexibility to work during school hours, including some after-school activities if required.
