Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations of the food and beverage service to ensure high standards of guest experience.

• Lead, train, and support F&B staff to deliver consistent and professional service.

• Coordinate service between the kitchen and front-of-house teams to ensure smooth operation.

• Handle guest queries, feedback, and complaints professionally and efficiently.

• Monitor stock levels and assist with ordering supplies and inventory management.

• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations at all times.

• Assist with scheduling and shift planning to meet business needs.

• Support the F&B Manager in achieving departmental goals and service standards.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a supervisory role within a food and beverage or hospitality environment.

• Excellent leadership and communication skills.

• Ability to manage and motivate a team in a fast-paced setting.

• Strong understanding of food and beverage service standards and procedures.

• Professional and customer-focused attitude.

• Flexible availability, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.

• Knowledge of health and safety and food hygiene regulations (certifications desirable).
