Shift Patterns: Last customer sitting is at 8pm — most shifts finish by 9:00–9:30pm

Meals on Duty: Enjoy fresh meals provided while on shift

Team Environment: Work alongside a brigade of 30+ chefs in a high-volume, fresh food kitchen

Work-Life Balance: Rare late finishes – finish most shifts before 9:30pm
Key Responsibilities

Assist senior chefs with daily prep and service across multiple sections

Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in line with food safety protocols

Support smooth kitchen operations and communicate effectively with the team

Take initiative in learning new techniques and culinary skills

Uphold a positive, can-do attitude during busy services
Requirements

A genuine passion for food and hospitality

Previous experience as a Commis Chef or Kitchen Assistant is preferred

Willingness to learn, with a proactive approach to teamwork and improvement

Ability to work well under pressure in a high-volume kitchen

Driving licence and own transport is highly desirable due to rural location

Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
