Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook high-quality dishes using fresh, seasonal ingredients in line with menu standards.

• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of your designated kitchen section, ensuring hygiene and food safety compliance at all times.

• Support the Head Chef and Sous Chef with daily kitchen operations, including prep work, stock rotation, and food storage.

• Ensure timely service during peak periods while maintaining consistency in presentation and quality.

• Assist in training and mentoring junior kitchen staff to uphold kitchen standards and efficiency.

• Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth service during busy shifts.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a similar Chef de Partie or line cook role within a fast-paced kitchen environment.

• Strong understanding of food hygiene, safety standards, and allergen management (Level 2 Food Safety certification desirable).

• Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail and quality.

• Excellent teamwork and communication skills, with a proactive and positive attitude.

• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and bank holidays.
