Key Responsibilities:

Prepare, cook, and present high-quality dishes in line with the venue’s standards

Manage a specific section of the kitchen efficiently during service

Ensure all food preparation complies with hygiene and safety regulations

Support the Head Chef and Sous Chef in daily kitchen operations

Assist in training junior kitchen staff and apprentices

Maintain inventory, stock rotation, and proper storage of ingredients

Work flexibly to meet the demands of events and service periods
Requirements:

Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or similar role in a busy kitchen environment

Strong knowledge of cooking techniques and food safety standards

Ability to work effectively under pressure and in a fast-paced setting

Good team player with leadership qualities and attention to detail

Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and event days

Culinary qualifications are desirable but not essential
