Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and cook a range of dishes in accordance with set recipes and quality standards.

Maintain kitchen inventory, ensuring stock levels are accurate and food safety protocols are strictly followed.

Supervise and support junior kitchen staff, fostering a positive and respectful team culture.

Work closely with the Head Chef to uphold exceptional hygiene standards and ensure kitchen cleanliness at all times.

Contribute to the smooth daily operation of the kitchen in a fast-paced, high-security environment.
Requirements:
The ideal candidate will have:

Proven experience as a Chef de Partie, ideally within contract catering.

Strong knowledge of food hygiene and safety regulations.

The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure.
