Salary: £28,000 + tips (£400+/month)

We’re looking for a passionate and energetic Assistant Manager to join a thriving food-led pub-restaurant in North Wales. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with previous supervisory or junior management experience in a busy hospitality environment who’s ready to take the next step. You’ll support the Restaurant Manager in delivering exceptional service, high food standards, and a great team culture.

Your Responsibilities:

Support the Restaurant Manager with daily operations

Lead and motivate the front-of-house team

Ensure outstanding food and service standards at all times

Handle stock control, rota planning, and basic admin duties

Assist with health & safety and compliance monitoring

Be a positive role model for the team and help build a strong workplace culture
What We’re Looking For:

Experience in a busy restaurant or gastro pub environment

Previous supervisor, duty manager, or assistant manager experience

Confident leading a team

Passionate about great food, drink and guest experience

Good organisational skills and attention to detail

Full UK driving licence preferred
