About Us

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Store Manager to lead a vibrant, high-volume restaurant in Kempston. This role is ideal for a hands-on, energetic leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and knows how to inspire a large team to deliver exceptional customer experiences and operational excellence.

You’ll play a key part in driving performance, maintaining brand standards, and supporting occasional visits to nearby local sites, so a full UK driving licence is essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure smooth service during busy periods
• Lead, motivate, and develop a team of up to 40 staff
• Drive team performance to meet KPIs and profitability targets
• Recruit, train, and inspire team members to deliver great results
• Ensure top standards of hygiene, food safety, and operational compliance
• Manage stock control, ordering, and cost efficiency
• Occasionally travel to support nearby sites

Requirements

• 1–3 years’ management experience in hospitality, casual dining, or fast-food
• Current Assistant Managers ready for progression encouraged to apply
• Strong leadership, organisation, and communication skills
• Commercially focused with a proactive, hands-on approach
• Must hold a full UK driving licence
• Based within commutable distance of Kempston
• Advantageous but not essential: familiarity with Indian street food
