Requirements

  • Strong leadership and decision-making skills.
  • Commercially aware with experience managing budgets and business performance.
  • Confident managing challenging situations in a fast-paced late-night environment.
  • Excellent communication and people management skills.
  • Organised, accountable and highly professional.
  • Ability to motivate and develop a diverse team.
  • Creative approach to driving trade and increasing customer engagement.
  • Comfortable working evenings, weekends and late-night trading hours.

Rewards

  • Competitive salary from £45,000 per annum.
  • Tailored performance package for the right candidate.
  • Permanent full-time position.
  • Genuine autonomy to manage and develop the business.
  • Opportunity to work closely with supportive owners.
  • Join a growing hospitality group with future career opportunities.
  • Be part of a business that values professionalism, teamwork and long-term development.

If you’re an experienced hospitality leader looking for your next challenge and want the opportunity to make a genuine difference within an ambitious business, we’d love to hear from you.
